Manuscript Preparation

The final manuscript must be in IEEE conference style. Templates can be found at www.computer.org/portal/site/cscps. Look under the Information for Authors link for formatting instructions which include templates (8.5" x 11", Two-Column Format).

Page Limits for Regular Papers
Each regular paper may have up to 6 pages without extra charge, and may have up to two extra pages at $100 per extra page. The paper will not be included in the conference proceedings if its length exceeds 8 pages.

Manuscript Submission Checklist

Register for IEEE PDF eXpress -- a free, online service that will allow conference authors to either convert their documents into compatible PDFs or to submit their own PDFs for compatibility testing.

a. Please go to the IEEE PDF express site at http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: <hpsr08x>

b. Once logged in, you need to create a new title and follow the instructions to check the format to satisfy the IEEE PDF specification.

c. Save your screenshot of the PDF checking successful page as a PDF file. Please name you file as YourEDASPaperNumber-proof.pdf and send your proof file to dijiang@asu.edu with subject line: HPSR'08 IEEE format Proof. Note that not following IEEE PDF format specification, your paper will not be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Thus, we will not include your paper in the proceedings without the IEEE format proof page.

d. Submit your proved PDF file in EDAS system. Note that DO NOT send the camera-ready paper to the Publication Chair and DO NOT include the page number in your final submission.

e. The camera-ready submission deadline is on 3/25/2008.

f. Download the IEEE copryright form at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/cfrmlink.html and fax or email to the publiction chair by 3/25/2008. Please fax with atten: Dijiang Huang and email with subject "HPSR 2008 copyright form".
